I am so scared

I am so scared right now, i dont know how to act or how to feel, or just what to think.
I thought this was over, and i thought i had finally accepted my reality, but alas again the Lord surprises me.
I got my period, back pain, cramps, and blood...
But today i got a very positive blood test...
WTF is all i can say...
I am scared out of my mind. I dont want to get my hopes up, i dont want to dismiss this either... what if this is my George? what if this is it? and what if i ruined it?
Yesterday i ran 9km... today i did a heavy weights session, ran, and did sit ups.... i got hot, i had a hot shower, i drank lots of coffee... i ate bacon! what if i have ruined it? what if it was positive and now it pops out, and doesnt implant properly, what if it does, then i miscarry, what if, what if, what if... WHAT HAVE I DONE? What have i done, what have i done?
What if i have to live with that guilt - that i stuffed it up.. what will my husband do, how will he live with that?
My heart is going to burst, and not with happiness, with fear and guilt...

Oh Lord, what have i done?

First of all.... BREATHE!

Think of all those ladies that aren't in the position you are in that have gone out drinking & smoking & having coffess etc etc when they had no idea they were pregnant. This sort of stuff happens daily & babies are generally ok. If you've had a positive BT then George has implanted. HcG ins't produced until implantation, so that part of your worry isn't necessary ;)

Coffee & running won't hurt him at this point. I know ladies that go running up until 7-8 months pregnant, as long as your body temp doesn't increase too much & you're staying hydrated then it's ok. REALLY. And just stop the coffees now, no big deal. As for bacon it's perfectly fine as long as you eat it hot.

It's extremely hard I know, but please please try to relax. You're pregnant, you did it hunni, this is it =D

Just stopping by to say thank you for finding my blog www.persuitofourfairytale.blogspot.com and to say CONGRATS!

As for the "what if's" they are completely normal :) Try to live in the moment and celebrate the BFP. You've done nothing wrong, as you are doing exactly what you should be doing...living your life :)

So happy to hear this good news and will be following you to the finish line!

Oh dear....please please please take a breath....and KNOW, beyond a shadow of a doubt, feelings of guilt or anxiety about TTC are the very last thing that you need. Breathe deep...enjoy the moment...trust in God. His plan is always 100% more awesome than we can ever imagine....and the best part is, it happens regardless of what we do...afterall, it's His plan...and it is exactly as it should be. Embrace the day...love life...be happy. :)

Thanks so much for swinging by my blog yesterday! I hope life brings you the very happiest of new years!

Ack! Just saw this, should have checked this before Twitter. Let's just slow our roll here for a minute and celebrate a BFP! I know that God wouldn't take away your miracle over something like exercise. Cheryl I am praying like crazy over here for you!! When is the next blood test??
